The XL Center Ticket Office

The Ticket Office is located inside the main entrance of the arena on Trumbull Street, across from Pratt Street. The Ticket Office is your hub for purchasing tickets for all events at the XL Center.

*There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets.
**For any cancellations or postponements, order fees, and delivery fees are non-refundable.

• Regular Hours: 12 noon-4:00 pm M-F
• On event days, the Ticket Office will open 4 hours prior to the start of the event.
• Weekends vary depending on the event schedule.

• The XL Center recognizes the need for accessible seating, anyone in need of accessible seating may purchase tickets online at XLCenter.com or call (860) 727-8010 for assistance.

• Unless otherwise stated, a child that has celebrated their 2nd birthday is required to have a ticket. If they have not hit their 2nd birthday, they must sit on a lap. Please note some events do require a child that has hit their 1st birthday to have a ticket.
• If an event does not have a child's price, children 2 and over are considered adults.
• If you have any questions regarding a certain event, please call the Ticket Office at (860) 727-8010.

• Mobile Delivery tickets can be scanned off a mobile device and may not be printed.
• Mobile ticketing is now offered for all XL Center events and Hartford Wolf Pack games. During the purchase process, simply select mobile delivery to have your mobile ticket sent to your email inbox. Mobile tickets can be scanned directly from your cell phone at all building entrances. • To use your promo or presale code, click buy tickets for the event you are interested in on our website/email/social. You will be directed to our ticketing site. If the event is not on sale yet, you will be asked to put in your code before you are taken to select a seat map when the presale starts. If the event is on sale, on the right-hand side you will see an 'unlock' button. Click 'unlock' and enter your passcode. It will then show the available seats under that promo code.

• Ticket refunds and exchanges are not permitted. 
• If a show/event cancels or is postponed, delivery fees and order fees are non-refundable.

• Once your ticket has been scanned into the arena, you are not allowed to leave and re-enter the building. Please be advised if you need to leave tickets at will call for someone do that prior to scanning your ticket into the arena.

• Please adhere to published ticket limits. People who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster, XL Center, and/or the concert promoter at their discretion. This includes orders purchased due to technical website/system errors and/or orders associated with the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number, and other information.

• The XL Center warns guests that purchasing tickets from resale marketplace websites can often lead to paying excessive fees and/or being sold tickets that are not valid for entry. These resale marketplace websites are not affiliated with the XL Center. The XL Center recommends guests check with the box office to see if there are remaining tickets for sale prior to purchasing from scalpers. Tickets purchased through scalpers and third-party websites run the risk of being counterfeit and therefore may not be valid for entry into the venue.

• If you are picking up tickets purchased in advance, you must present a valid photo ID.
• No third party will call or alternative pickup will be accepted at the Ticket Office.
• No name changes will be accepted on the day of the event.
