• Merchandise can be purchased in the atrium as well as throughout the concourse.
• Professional filming and laser pointers are strictly prohibited, still, photography is allowed—no flash photography. Cameras with detachable lenses are prohibited. Video and/or audio recording is strictly prohibited. 
• Our concession stands are cashless. Fans can take cash to Guest Services at Section 124 to be utilized at our concession stands.

• Fans who purchased the Gag City Headquarters Package should plan to arrive to the XL Center atrium to check in at 5:45 PM. The VIP lounge will open at 6 PM. The experience will end at 8 PM.
• Fans who purchased the Diamond Ticket Package should plan to arrive to the XL Center atrium to check in at 6:15 PM.
