The Harlem Globetrotters

Know Before You Go: 

• Doors will open an hour before each game time (1 or 6 PM). 
• Fans who upgraded their tickets to include the Magic Pass experience should plan to arrive through the main entrance on Trumbull Street to check in at the table in the atrium. Doors will be open for these fans 2 hours before the start of the game. Soft / rubber-soled shoes must be worn on the court. A ticket for both the Magic Pass and the game must be presented at entry. Doors open at 12 PM for the 2 PM game and 5 PM for the 7 PM game.
• Fans who upgraded their tickets to include the Celebrity Court Pass should check in at the announcer's table at least 45 minutes prior to the start (1:15 or 6:15). Fans will enter with general doors at 1 or 6 PM and then head down to the court. Soft / rubber-soled shoes must be worn on the court. A ticket for both the Celebrity Court Pass and the game is required to participate.
• Fans can join the Globetrotters on the court right after the game for post-game autographs. This experience is open to all ticket holders and will last 30 minutes. Soft / rubber-soled shoes must be worn on the court. 
• Professional filming and laser pointers are strictly prohibited, still photography is allowed. No flash photography. Fans are allowed to record clips of the game on their personal cell phones for personal use. 
• Our concession stands are cashless. Fans can take cash to Guest Services at Section 124 to be utilized at our concession stands.
• We have dino nuggets! Check them out at Chicken Fry Fry as a part of a combo with juice and apple sauce or alone with fries.
