Know Before You Go: 

• Doors will open at 6:30 PM. 
• Fans who enhanced their Andrea Bocelli experience with the Pre-Show Aperitivo should plan to arrive at the venue at 6:30 PM. Fans should plan to arrive at the XL Center through the main entrance on Trumbull Street. Check-in for the VIP experience will be located at the Sonar Pillar (across from the box office).  Fans will then be directed to enter the venue through the red-carpeted door on the far left side of the atrium. The pre-show experience will end at 7:45 PM.
• Merchandise can be purchased in the atrium as well as throughout the concourse.
• Professional filming and laser pointers are strictly prohibited, still, photography is allowed—no flash photography. Cameras with detachable lenses are prohibited. Video and/or audio recording is strictly prohibited. 
• Our concession stands are cashless. Fans can take cash to Guest Services at Section 124 to be utilized at our concession stands.
• Our specialty cocktail of the evening is an Aperol Spritz, located only in the Loyal 9 Fan Club.

Andrea Bocelli returns to Hartford for the first time in 20 years! The iconic Italian tenor will feature performances from his extensive repertoire, including music to celebrate Valentine's Day. The show will feature selections from his uplifting solo album Believe, as well as a selection of arias, his beloved crossover hits, and famed love songs. 2024 officially marks 30 years of Andrea Bocelli's iconic career as well as his 65th birthday.
