Coronavirus Update

(Updated March 13, 2020)

Yesterday, Governor Ned Lamont signed an Executive Order prohibiting gatherings of 250 people or more to help slow the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19). As a result, the XL Center and Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field will be canceling or postponing all gatherings through April 30, 2020.

We will provide updates on rescheduled or postponed events as quickly as possible.

     -   Refunds pertaining to Hartford Wolf Pack – With the AHL’s decision to suspend the 2019-20 season until further notice, Wolf Pack staff will work with season ticket members with appropriate credits or refunds for Wolf Pack home games yet to be played, and single-game ticket purchasers will obtain a refund through their point of purchase. The Wolf Pack will be communicating additional information to our fans, corporate partners and all other affected parties as soon as it becomes available.

     -  All events scheduled after April 30, 2020 are still scheduled as planned.

The safety and well-being of our employees, partners, performers, athletes and guests is our top priority. We will continue to follow recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local authorities as the situation develops.

Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated. We will email patrons directly regarding the status of each event as details are confirmed. The most up-to-date status for each event will be available on our website.
