College Internship Program
AEG Management CT, LLC offers students real business exposure with the XL Center, and Hartford Wolf Pack. Join in the excitement of our College Internship Program!
Currently we have internships in the following areas:
Marketing Internship with the XL Center and Hartford Wolf Pack – Spring, Summer, & Fall
Operation Internship with Rentschler Field – Summer & Fall
Sales Internship with the XL Center -- Spring, Summer, & Fall
Ticket Office Internship with the XL Center and the Hartford Wolf Pack – Spring & Fall
Facilities Internship with the XL Center -- Spring, Summer, & Fall
Our guidelines for the Internship Program are as follows:
- Must be eligible to earn credit through the school/university you are currently attending.
- You must submit a letter, approved by your school, indicating how much credit you will earn and the length of your internship/semester.
- As internship positions vary at XL Center, you should be aware that positions require between 25 and 40 hours per week (40 hours required for summer internship).

The schedule of our internships is as follows (application deadlines are flexible):
Semester Application Deadline Duration

- Summer Second week of March: June – August
