TICKET INFORMATION
Tickets for events at the XL Center may be purchased in person at our Box Office, through our Group Sales Office by calling 860-548-2000, online at www.TicketMaster.com, at all TicketMaster Outlets, or by calling TicketMaster at 1-800-745-3000.
For some events, tickets may be purchased through entities affiliated with the specific event.
Please Note: Tickets may not be purchased by calling the XL Center Box Office. Please refer to the ticket purchasing options noted above.
BOX OFFICE INFORMATION
Please note that all shows, showtimes, dates, prices and line-ups are subject to change without notice.
The XL Center Box Office is located in the XL Center Atrium outside the Main entrance to the arena, on the corner of Asylum and Trumbull Street. The XL Center Box Office sells tickets exclusively for the XL Center events and is not a TicketMaster outlet. There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets.
Box Office Hours of Operation
Regular Season: Monday - Friday 12:00PM - 5:00PM
On Event Days, the Box Office will remain open until 1 hour after the beginning of the event. For weekend events, the Box Office will open 4 hours prior to the start of the event.
Please Note: For events that begin before 1PM, the Box Office will open 3 hours prior to the start of the event unless otherwise noted.

Age Requirement
All individuals 24 months or older must possess a valid ticket for entry into the XL Center. Children under two (2) years old are admitted free of charge for most events, as long as they sit on a lap. Please note specific events require children 12 months or older to possess a ticket and will be noted within event details.

If you are picking up tickets purchased in advance, you must present photo ID. There is no third party will call or alternate pickup accepted at the XL Center Box Office.
