Guest Services
At the XL Center it’s our goal always to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our guests, tenants and co-workers. Any member of our friendly XL Center staff would be happy and willing to assist you with your questions and/or needs while attending an event. For your convenience Guest Services is located at Section 124 during all XL Center events, the guest service representative is available to assist you with questions, lost & found items, wheelchair escorts, and more.
The XL Center has instituted a confidential fan hotline and texting system ensure that all patrons have an enjoyable experience at the XL Center. The hotline and texting system is for fans to call to report any behavior that impairs or otherwise interrupts their enjoyment. Ticket holders should call 860-241-2220 or text to 860-402-7644 to reach a Fan Service Representative. Concerns will be addressed as they are reported. Fans are encouraged to saves these numbers in their mobile phones to make reaching Fan Services easier on game and event days.
